Located along March Road, the Nokia Ottawa Campus expansion includes a five-storey laboratory building and an eight-storey office building, connected by a two-storey link. The site also features a work yard just southeast of the new lab building. This expansion introduces a mix of commercial, laboratory, amenity, and office spaces, including a two-storey social café within the link building.
