Un Yong’s extensive experience in wind engineering and structural design has enabled him to work on a wide variety of challenging projects and exercises, including tall building wind design, aero-elastic testing of slender structures, various dampers designs for buildings and other structures, and building and structural dynamics. He is actively involved in research in a broad range of wind and structural topics, including performance-based structural wind design, mass and liquid dampers, and wind-induced vibration of tall buildings and bridges. He enjoys working with strategically-minded, responsive, high-performance teams, and provides practical solutions with a strong theoretical basis.

With 10+ years of experience in environmental noise, building acoustics, air quality and vibrations, Joshua is well-respected in the field among colleagues and clients alike. Among his more notable projects, Joshua has been involved in the design and testing of exacting standards for speech privacy and room acoustics for a major government agency. Joshua’s amiable manner and collaborative skills are a great asset to every project he works on.

Andrew brings an extensive research-based background in theoretical and practical fluid dynamics, and exceptional project management skills. With 5+ years of experience in wind engineering, he is well-versed in wind tunnel testing, computational flow simulations, and the detailed analyses that follow such exercises. In addition, he is a gifted relationship builder and relishes the opportunity to work closely and effectively alongside developers, architects, and planners.

As a Principal at Gradient Wind Engineering Inc., Justin leverages his experience and expertise in wind engineering to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients across various industries and sectors. He has successfully led and managed numerous wind engineering projects, from conceptual design to final testing, ensuring high quality, safety, and compliance standards.
