Housing the Haskayne School of Business, Mathison Hall is located at the southeast corner of the main campus near Scurfield Hall and Education Tower. The student focused design of the building introduced several new classrooms, as well as multiple seating areas throughout the building allowing for collaborative work among students. In line with the University of Calgary’s sustainability goals, Mathison Hall was designed to target LEED Platinum certification for Building Design and Construction and is striving to meet the requirements of the CaGBCs Zero Carbon Building Standard.
